Check in, don't measure
Five weather words — heavy, grey, mixed, clearing, bright — one tap for energy, one for your body, one for what you need. No mood scores, no charts to keep green. Twenty seconds, and it already knows what to suggest.
Serai is a 20-second check-in answered with one small pair of actions — a few minutes for your body, a few for your mind. No streaks, no guilt, no glow-up. Small true actions, most days.
The whole loop takes between five and fifteen minutes, and the first part of it takes twenty seconds.
Five weather words — heavy, grey, mixed, clearing, bright — one tap for energy, one for your body, one for what you need. No mood scores, no charts to keep green. Twenty seconds, and it already knows what to suggest.
A body action and a mind action that fit together, sized to the time you have, with one plain sentence explaining why this pair and not another one.
Rest days count. Blank days stay blank. There is no consecutive-day counter to lose, because the day you would lose it is the day you need the app most.
A body action and a mind action that fit together: three slow poses and three true things about yourself, said aloud. A walk and a journaling prompt. Longer exhales and a self-compassion line. Every action says what the research supports and what it doesn't.
Across 27 randomised trials, brief self-compassion practices were associated with moderate improvements in mood, worry and rumination. That research studies practice over weeks, not one morning. It will not resolve the thing you are worried about, and it is not care from a professional.
Ask why mornings feel flat or how to make today smaller. The coach knows today's weather, answers plainly, and never diagnoses. When something is too heavy for an app, it says so and shows real support.
Why am I so flat today?
You marked grey, low energy, and a sore back. Flat is a reasonable thing to be on that combination. I would not try to fix it before nine. Want me to make today's pair shorter — four minutes instead of nine?
Yes, shorter.
Serai is a self-care and educational tool. It does not diagnose anything, it does not replace care from a qualified professional, and it never claims an exercise will fix a condition.
There is no sign-up. Check-ins, pairs and journal entries stay on your iPhone. Only coach messages leave the device, and only after you turn the coach on yourself.
If a conversation or a check-in suggests something serious, Serai shows local support lines and emergency numbers. That screen is reachable from Today, the coach and Settings, and it is never gated.
Serai Plus opens every day's pair, the coach and your full journey. No timers, no crossed-out prices, no exit offers.
3 days free, then $6.99/week.
About $0.96 a week.
Turkish lira pricing is set from App Store Connect before launch. Payment is charged by Apple in your App Store's currency and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Restore Purchases is in the app.
No. Serai is a self-care and educational tool built around small daily actions. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified person or a crisis line — the app shows local resources when it notices a serious conversation.
No. The coach is an AI assistant, labeled that way on every screen. It uses today's check-in and your message to reply and follows rules that stop it from diagnosing or giving medical advice. You can use Serai without ever opening the coach.
Check-ins, pairs and journal entries stay on your iPhone; there is no account. If you turn on the coach, only your chat messages and, if you allow it, today's check-in and profile basics are sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider (MiniMax) to generate a reply. You can delete them from the app. Details, including retention, are in the Privacy Policy.
Serai is designed for women — the language, the examples and the research choices start there. Anyone is welcome; nothing in the app checks or asks.
Nothing happens. There is no streak to lose. The weather calendar shows a blank day, and tomorrow's check-in works exactly the same. Rest days you declare count as showing up.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Serai Plus → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Restore Purchases is in the app's settings.
