Delete my data

Serai has no account, so there is no account to close. Almost everything is already only on your iPhone, which means deleting it is something you can do yourself, immediately, without asking us.
1. On your iPhone (instant)
Open Serai → You → the gear icon → Data.
- Export my data — writes a JSON file with your profile, check-ins, completions and journal, which you can save or share anywhere. Do this first if you want to keep anything.
- Delete coach data — removes every coach conversation from the phone and sends a delete request to our server for the installation record described below.
- Reset everything — wipes every local file (profile, check-ins, completions, journal, recaps), clears the installation identifier from the Keychain and cancels scheduled notifications. This cannot be undone.
Deleting the app from your iPhone also removes the local data. It does not remove the installation record on our server, so use "Delete coach data" first if you want both gone.
2. On our server (instant, from the app)
Our server never stores your conversations, so there are no transcripts to delete. What it does hold, keyed to a hashed installation identifier, is a daily message counter and a subscription-verification record. "Delete coach data" calls DELETE /v1/devices/me, which removes those rows and the identifier. Once that call succeeds, nothing on our side points at your installation.
Error logs contain no message text and are discarded on Cloudflare's normal retention schedule.
3. With MiniMax
Messages you sent to the coach were forwarded to MiniMax to generate a reply. What it retains, and for how long, is governed by the API privacy policy published by Nanonoble Pte. Ltd., which sets no fixed period and stores data in the United States. It lists rights of access, correction and erasure, exercised by writing to api@minimax.io. We cannot delete data held by a third party on your behalf, but we will tell you what we know about the route if you ask.
4. The waitlist and this website
If you gave us an email address for the launch waitlist, write to ahmetrnn03@gmail.com with the subject "Remove me" and we will delete the row. Website events are anonymous — no cookies, no IP address stored — so there is nothing there to tie to you and nothing we could delete on request.
5. By email
If the app is not available to you, or you want written confirmation, email ahmetrnn03@gmail.com. Tell us what you want deleted. Because there is no account, we may not be able to identify your installation without the identifier shown at the bottom of Settings → Data — include it if you can, and if you cannot, we will still delete the waitlist entry.
We reply within 30 days, and in practice within a few days.
